"High
Performance
Coaching Cultures"
We
specialize in helping organizations to create a "high performance coaching
culture", wherein coaching conversations occour consistently at all
levels. A culture is created where
the process of working together is dramatically enhanced, where people give
and receive feedback-and respond to it in healthy ways.
The
result is sustainable positive change that facilitates accelerated achievement
of organizational goals. This is done with a proven program called the Heart
of Coaching created by Tom Crane (www.craneconsulting.com).
Prior to beginning a “cultural
change” engagement the professionals delivering the program ascertain
that the senior management of the organization is fully supportive of the
work. The leaders of the organization need to be one-hundred percent behind
the initiative in order for the desired results to be realized.
Once this preliminary step is taken the process
can be broken down into four key areas:
- Assessments to
determine strengths & challenges
- Consultation to design an optimal plan integration
with specific focus areas
- Workshop Facilitation for coaching skill set building
- Executive
Coaching for enhanced effectiveness and
sustainable change
The
people within a high performance organization demonstrate the following qualities:
- Know
the mission and vision of the organization and their role in creating success.
- Make
improvements in both what they do and how they do it.
- Seek
out and respond appropriately to performance feedback.
- Highly
value one another’s thoughts and ideas.
- Treat
their teammates with respect and compassion.
- Are
committed to giving their personal best efforts
- Do
not hold back because of their fear of failure.
- Freely
contribute to organizational goals without worrying about who gets credit.
- Consistently
achieve the results they are capable of achieving.
