Want To Succeed? Think Less. Think more
Ever feel like your head’s so full you don’t know which way to turn?

You're not alone. Especially during the summer, when work and school holidays collide and the juggle can get real.

So what’s the answer?

Strangely, it’s to think less AND think more.

Think Less:
Quieten the constant chatter.

Find your thing. Go for a run. Sit in the garden. Breathe deeply for a minute with your eyes shut (my personal go-to).

No phone. No rush. Just pause

Imagine your mind like a snowglobe — if you stop swirling it, the flakes settle and you can see much clearer again.

Think More :
Not more worrying or more overthinking. More intentional thinking.

What actually matters right now? What can wait? What would make today feel good?

What is most important to do next???? (My favourite question to myself).

Don't confuse busy with productive. Busy-ness can be addictive - ticking off your to-do list, without ever really getting to the needle-moving stuff. Sound familiar?

When you’re calm, you think clearly. And when you think clearly, you can make better, bolder decisions.

How often are you giving yourself thinking and planning time?

Think Differently, Do Differently - Build a life you love

Hello and Welcome!
I believe that every woman in business deserves the right support to reach her fullest potential. Running your own business is no mean feat, particularly while juggling life and family responsibilities.
One of the important lessons I have learnt on my own business journey, is that you don't have to do it alone, and in fact, trying to can hold you back. Having support by and on your side makes a huge difference, particularly on the tougher days (and yes, there can be many, no matter how well the business is going!).
Instead, imagine waking up excited, ready to face the day, without the weight of endless tasks, procrastination, or uncertainty. You’re focused, productive, and steering your business with confidence towards your personal vision of success. You’re the captain of your ship, navigating your path in a way that feels right for you.
Why am I so passionate about this? Let me share a moment from my own journey:
It was a grey day in November, and I remember crossing the car park to work when one of my colleagues spotted me. She smiled and with a simple gesture, indicated that I should lift my head up. At that moment, a realisation came to me - I was weighed down with a sense of dread and disappointment. I had returned to a corporate marketing job after walking away from co-owning a chocolate retail business that I loved. Something was missing though, and I knew it was time to make a change.
That day, I made a decision. A decision to stop sleepwalking through life and start making more conscious choices about the future I desired for myself and my family. And as fate would have it, the Covid-19 lockdown gave me the time to properly think, study, and plan.
It was a true lightbulb moment. I realised then that running my own business was what I was called to do, and, that through coaching, I could not only do this, but also make a genuine difference for other women who have taken the courageous step of starting their own businesses. Particularly in helping them avoid getting to the heart-breaking situation I did, of having to walk away from something you have invested your heart and soul into.
Today, as a certified business and life coach, I help women like you face the unique challenges of business ownership. Together, we will create a roadmap tailored to your unique circumstances and ambitions.
Through our coaching sessions, you will gain increased clarity, inspiration, confidence, perspective, and accountability,  empowering you to make bolder decisions and take action that propels your business to new heights.
Don’t let fear or self-doubt hold you back. If you’re ready to break free from the limitations of your current thinking and doing, let’s start this journey together
You want and deserve more.
